Terms of service

These terms apply when you use CeylonAdavi. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use CeylonAdavi. Questions: hello@ceylonadavi.com.

Your account

• You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One free account per person or business. Creating accounts to collect free credits is not allowed.

What you build

• You own the apps you build, including the code, text and data in them. You can export the code when your plan or a purchase includes it.
• AI can make mistakes. Check your app, its content, prices and legal texts before you publish it; you are responsible for what you publish.
• You allow us to store, process and host your projects only as needed to provide CeylonAdavi.

Acceptable use

Do not use CeylonAdavi to build or publish anything that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights;
• imitates another business or person to deceive (for example phishing pages);
• spreads malware or spam, or harms other systems;
• contains hateful or violent content, or sexual content involving minors.

We may suspend accounts or take sites offline that break these rules, and tell you why where we can.

Plans, credits and payments

• Prices are shown on the pricing and Usage pages, in your country's currency.
• Plan credits renew monthly and do not carry over; extra credits last 12 months. Hosting is paid per month per site.
• Automatic repairs, and fixes for problems our checks confirm, are free or refunded as described in CeylonAdavi. Other payments are not refundable unless the law requires it.
• If hosting is not renewed, the site goes offline after a short grace period.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CeylonAdavi available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features and prices; periods you have already paid for are honoured.

Liability

CeylonAdavi is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

Ending your account

You can stop using CeylonAdavi at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
